The Story of Personal Growth

Overview

Personal Growth has entrusted us to create their first fully animated company profile. Rachel Poniman, one of Personal Growth’s bright young psychologists, narrates Personal Growth’s vision and endeavours to becoming the warm and welcoming business they are today.

The character sheet tries on different types of eyes on her: sharp, firm, droopy, and round and explains what each eye shape depicts in a character. Sharp eyes depicts wit, intelligence, and sharpness but make her looks snarky. Meanwhile, firm eyes make her look strong-willed, motivated, and smart but seem less memorable. On the other hand, droopy eyes make her look pretty, smart, and witty, but inactive / lazy. The last option, round eyes, makes her look young (bright), kind, and motivated but also innocent.

Our idea

Personal Growth was looking for a way to profile their company. We believe that their strength lies in their commitment to their values. These have translated into various actions and empowerment to help people discover and develop themselves, as well as improve their mental health. We want to highlight the contribution they have made to society through this animation.

Research

From the general idea and, we translated the client’s request by making some creative deliberations. Our team brainstormed a few options as can be seen in the concept art above.

Outcome

Personal Growth is thrilled with the results and have been using this profile in the past 11 months to present themselves to their shareholders and partners. The video also received 1.8k views on our channel without any monetary boost.
