From pre-production to post-production, we handle everything with care.

We start our process by understanding the purpose of each project. Through this, our director came up with a brief for the team. Each member in the team then pitched their idea on the brief, which opened a discussion on how the brief should be interpreted.

Once we decide on the general idea and direction, we start gathering references and decide on the visual languages that best describe the vision. The references then give birth to the moodboard, which sets the aesthetic for the whole project. Each creative deliberation leads back to the moodboard, including the character and background designs. From these, the pre-production team creates a storyboard draft and continues to refine it with the animation team throughout the process. We then create some key arts to have a tangible visual representation to show the client before we proceed with the process.

The production phase then starts with drawing up the key frames. Once the structure is set, our team then works on the in-between frames. These frames are coloured, cleaned up, and refined. We then render it from start to finish, and watch it together as a part of peer review.

The last part is post-production where we add visual effects, sound design and music, and conduct final quality checks. The video is then shared on the appropriate channels for you to enjoy!
